Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ScoresLive (https://scoreslive.co.uk) collects, uses and protects your personal data. We are committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who We Are

ScoresLive is a sports data and comparison website providing live scores, betting odds, bookmaker reviews and affiliate programme information. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through this website.

For data protection queries, contact us at: [email protected]

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data when you use our website:

Cookie Preferences

Your cookie consent choice (accept or decline), stored in your browser in localStorage and in a matching cookie.

Affiliate Click Data

Anonymous click tracking when you follow a bookmaker link, for commission attribution. No personally identifiable data is stored.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, payment details or account data. ScoresLive has no user registration or login system.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. You can control preferences via our Cookie Banner, and you can reopen it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

4. Analytics and Tracking

ScoresLive currently uses no analytics tool. We do not run Google Analytics or any similar service, and we do not build usage profiles of our visitors.

The only third-party tracker on this site is an affiliate click pixel used for commission attribution when you follow a bookmaker link. In countries with opt-in consent rules it loads only after you choose “Accept All” in our cookie banner. In countries where a cookie notice is sufficient it loads as described in that notice.

Opt out: Select “Essential Only” in our cookie banner to keep the pixel switched off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. Where consent rules apply, we also honour the Do Not Track (DNT) browser setting and treat it as a standing objection: with DNT enabled the pixel is not loaded, regardless of any stored cookie choice.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Legitimate Interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))

Essential cookies, such as storing your cookie consent choice, necessary to operate the site.

Consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))

The affiliate click pixel and marketing cookies, only activated after you click "Accept All". You may withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer, which reopens the cookie banner.

6. Third-Party Bookmaker Links

Our site contains affiliate links to UKGC-licensed bookmakers. When you click these links you are redirected to the bookmaker's own website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and recommend reviewing their own privacy policies before providing personal data.

18+ Gambling Disclaimer: All bookmaker links are for informational and comparison purposes. Gambling can be addictive. Please gamble responsibly. BeGambleAware | Problem Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133 | GamCare | GamStop
