ScoresLive brings you Segunda Division live scores for every match in Spain's second tier, updated the instant goals, cards and substitutions land. The 2026/27 season, officially branded LaLiga Hypermotion, got under way in mid-August with champions Racing Santander already gone, promoted alongside Deportivo La Coruna and play-off winners Malaga, while Real Oviedo returns after just a single season back in the top flight and Girona and RCD Mallorca parachute down after four and five years respectively in LaLiga. Across 22 clubs and 42 rounds running into next summer, Spain's second flight stays one of Europe's most unpredictable divisions, and ScoresLive's football coverage tracks every fixture, table swing and prediction as it happens.
Fifteen sides survive from last season's table, joined by three clubs relegated from LaLiga and four promoted from Primera Federacion below. Real Oviedo's return to the second tier comes after just one campaign back among Spain's elite, Girona's relegation follows four seasons that included their remarkable run to the Champions League in 2023/24, and Mallorca drop down after five years in the top flight. Coming the other way, CD Tenerife and CD Eldense won automatic promotion as Primera Federacion group champions, while CE Sabadell and RC Celta Fortuna, Celta Vigo's farm side, came up through their own promotion play-offs. Where LaLiga leans on star names and Champions League money, the Segunda Division trades on tight, unpredictable form and notoriously tough away days, and this season's 22-club line-up is below.
